Job summary

Drayden Insurance Ltd. in Stony Plain seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager to build strong client relationships and protect what matters most through account development and new sales.

The role focuses on advising clients, quoting policies, and promoting complementary products to both new and existing clients. Successful candidates will have a General Insurance License Level 1, 3+ years in insurance, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance-related experience.
• Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency.
• General Insurance License Level 1.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology.
• Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients.
• Upselling of products and services to new and existing clients.
• Generate client referrals through community involvement and events.
• Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters.
• Make timely renewal calls for existing client business.
• Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers.
• Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans.
