Our client, a well known brokerage in Burnaby, is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to service walk-in clients for home and auto insurance in the NorthBurnaby office.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and a path to growth into commercial lines, with responsibilities including managing a personal insurance book, renewing clients, and writing new policies.

Qualifications

• Level 2 licence, or ability to quickly obtain
• At least 1-3 years of industry experience in personal lines and ICBC (Autoplan)
• Strong and clear written and oral communication
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Team player - willing to step in and roll up your sleeves to assist as needed
