Overview

• Small brokerage located in North Calgary
• Personal lines and small commercial focused
• Laid-back, positive culture

Responsibilities

• Focus on client retention and relationships
• Daily servicing of the client’s insurance requests and needs
• Writing new inbound leads and referrals from inbound requests
• Processing applications & policy changes on the insurance company portals
• Respond to high volume of calls/emails in a timely manner
• Renewal reviews with clients and remarketing as necessary
• Providing claims advocacy when necessary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years personal lines experience (brokerage preferred)
• Level 2 General Insurance License preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently to complete tasks
• Working knowledge of EPIC
