HUB International is seeking a dynamic Team Lead for its Personal Insurance team in Oakville, Ontario. You will manage an existing book, service, quote and sell home and auto policies, and work with a supportive leadership team to provide exceptional client experiences.

RIBO license is required and CAIB/CIP designations are a plus; strong communication and independent work skills are essential to succeed in this growth-focused role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• RIBO license required.
• Client experience focus.
• Sales or Customer Service experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Insurance industry designations such as CAIB, CIP an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of an existing book of business.
• Service, quote and sell home and auto insurance policies based on clients’ needs.
• Provide an exceptional client experience.
• Underwrite new and existing business for pricing and risk analysis.
• Work with a team of brokers and leaders, supported by coaching and mentoring.
• Provide insight to drive the company forward as a member of the Personal Insurance team.
