Job summary

HUB International in Surrey, BC is seeking an Insurance Advisor, Personal Insurance, to advise new and existing clients on protecting their assets with personal insurance products. You will build relationships, offer tailored coverage solutions, and strive to meet performance targets.

You will handle home, condo, tenant, and other personal lines, manage renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and payments, and cross-sell HUB products while maintaining high levels of service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Level 2 General Insurance License.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Previous insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with home, condo, tenant, and other personal insurance needs.
• Build long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues; provide coverage solutions.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and payments; cross-sell HUB products.
