Job summary

Impact Recruitment seeks a Personal & Commercial Insurance Broker in Edmonton, Canada to manage renewals, endorsements, claims, and billing for a diverse portfolio spanning restaurants, retail, transportation and small properties.

You will build strong client relationships, pursue upsell opportunities, and utilize EPIC for document access and endorsements; base salary is $55,000–$60,000 plus 10–20% commission on new business, with health and dental coverage, vacation, and sick days.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as an insurance broker
• Strong communication and ability to build long-term client relationships
• Proficiency with insurance management systems such as Epic
• Proactive, client-centric approach and organized

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for renewals, endorsements, claims, and billing.
• Manage brokerage book across personal and commercial risks in sectors like restaurants, retail, transportation, and small properties.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities through proactive client engagement.
• Utilize EPIC and online platforms to access documents and process endorsements.
• Ensure timely communication to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.
