Impact Recruitment in Alberta is seeking a Commercial Insurance Client Executive to drive growth through proactive outbound sales and robust relationship-building with clients across sectors. You will promote and sell commercial property, auto, CGL, and other policies while collaborating with a support team of insurance professionals.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience required.
• Active AIC or RIBO license is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or with team support.
• This is not an inside sales role; focus on external outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through proactive cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients across sectors such as real estate, retail, manufacturing, contractors, and more.
• Promote and sell commercial property, auto, CGL, and other policies.
• Collaborate with a support team of insurance professionals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for both new and renewal business.
