Job summary

TD Canada Trust in Drummondville, Quebec, is seeking a client-facing Financial Services Associate to advise customers on investment and credit banking solutions and help them meet financial goals.

You will engage with customers, perform financial reviews, and refer to specialists as needed. Mobility within the assigned district is required after training. The role requires a high school diploma, IFIC, and CFSA within 12 months, plus MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree is an asset.
  • Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
  • CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.
  • Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset.
  • Sound knowledge of investing and credit processes to advise customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
  • Tactful communicator with concise and logical explanations.
  • Self-initiator with strong organizational, planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Advise customers of high-level financial solutions from a range of investment and credit banking options.
  • Engage with customers to create positive experiences and deepen relationships.
  • Provide personalized financial advice and address questions or concerns.
  • Act as a point of contact for frontline staff for customer issues.
  • Ensure documents reflect regulations and business intentions.
  • Conduct financial reviews and discuss portfolio updates with clients.
  • Contribute to process improvements and meet service targets.
  • Support a collaborative, diverse team environment.
