Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with day-to-day advice needs, service transactions and digital education.
• Guide customers to the right contact for solutions while handling confidential matters.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM and online banking.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and resolve issues.
• Contribute to improving branch operations and overall customer experience.
