Job summary

Qualifications

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent - within 90 days of start date.
Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred.

Responsibilities

Engage customers with day-to-day advice, service transactions, and problem resolution related to banking solutions.
Understand customer needs and refer to the right staff for appropriate solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
Build customer confidence in digital banking by educating on mobile, ATM, and online banking.
Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report non-standard matters to management.
Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience and achieve operational excellence.
