Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC certification (or equivalent) within 90 days of start date.
• Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with branch software.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs and service transactions.
• Guide customers to the right contact for appropriate solutions.
• Educate customers on digital banking (mobile, ATM, online).
• Support frontline staff with scheduled cash and non-cash transactions.
• Resolve issues and report non-standard matters to management.
• Promote TD products and services to refer customers as needed.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
