Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience? (per ad)
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field is an asset
• Completion of IFIC or equivalent required
• CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired
• Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset
• Strong knowledge of investing and credit processes to provide personalized advice
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications
• Tactful communicator with strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on high-level financial solutions from a range of investment and credit banking products
• Engage with customers by asking thoughtful questions to create positive experiences
• Provide personalized financial advice to increase customer confidence and loyalty
• Act as a point of contact for frontline staff handling customer problems
• Maintain professional space in common areas per guidelines
• Conduct financial reviews with existing and prospective customers and discuss portfolio updates
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry codes of conduct
• Strive to meet service level agreements and productivity targets
• Ensure documents reflect business intentions and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with team members and mentor others as needed
