Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field is an asset
• Completion of IFIC or equivalent required
• CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired
• Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset
• Proficiency in MS Office, and internet applications
• Tactful communicator able to exchange ideas concisely and logically
• A self-initiator with strong organizational, planning and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Advise customers of high-level financial solutions from a range of investment and credit banking options.
• Engage with customers to create positive experiences and deepen relationships.
• Provide personalized financial advice to improve customer loyalty and investment outcomes.
• Act as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer problems.
• Maintain professional space in common areas per guidelines.
• Conduct financial reviews and discuss portfolio updates with customers.
• Stay updated on regulations and contribute to process improvements.
• Strive to meet service level agreements and productivity targets.
• Ensure documents reflect business intentions and comply with regulations.
• Mentor team members and support collaborative work environment.
