Summary

Our client is seeking a dynamic and versatile Personal Assistant to provide seamless support across both her personal and professional life. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and resourceful, handling a wide range of responsibilities—from administrative tasks to running errands, and assisting with meal preparation.

Responsibilities
  1. Efficiently manage the principal's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management.
  2. Act as the central point of contact for personal matters, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other professionals as needed.
  3. Assist with financial matters, including expense tracking, bill payments, and account reconciliation.
  4. Conduct research on various topics, compile reports, and gather information to support decision-making.
  5. Handle personal shopping tasks and provisioning, such as purchasing gifts, groceries, and other necessities.
  6. Run various errands such as dry-cleaning drop-off/pick-up.
  7. Help in the kitchen with food prep and occasional meal cooking.
  8. Communicate with vendors and contractors to schedule services, track projects, supervise their work, and ensure timely completion.
  9. Provide transportation (driving) for family members, ensuring the passenger reaches destinations safely and on time.
  10. Occasional laundry, ensuring that sheets and linens are cleaned and well-maintained.
Requirements
  1. Well-rounded and versatile with 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Proficient in using technology, especially Google Suite and Apple/Mac OS, to efficiently manage tasks, calendars, and communication.
  3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  4. Discreet and capable of handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
  5. Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  7. Valid driver's license and a vehicle.
Additional Information
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Hybrid work arrangement
