Job Description:
Customer Responsibilities
  1. Create an exceptional customer experience and contribute to branch improvements.
  2. Lead onboarding, helping customers become digitally enabled and start their banking journey.
  3. Represent the branch, welcoming customers, addressing needs, and facilitating introductions for seamless service.
  4. Educate customers on digital tools and promote self-service options.
  5. Understand customer needs through thoughtful questions and provide appropriate solutions or refer to specialists.
  6. Promote TD Bank products aligned with customer needs, focusing on everyday banking, lending, and investing.
  7. Resolve customer issues or escalate as needed, ensuring professional and inviting branch environments.
  8. Support transactions and deepen customer relationships through advice and service.
Shareholder & Business Growth
  1. Identify advice opportunities and promote products and services.
  2. Understand policies and contribute to operational excellence.
  3. Support accurate business processes and escalate risks appropriately.
  4. Maintain documentation and support process improvements.
