Join Bayshore as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Glengarry County North

Bayshore is an eligible employer supporting the Health Force Ontario Funding program for PSW Graduates and Students. PSW Students completing their clinical placement with Bayshore may be eligible for a $5,440 incentive, and PSW Graduates committing to one year of employment may qualify for $10,000. We also support relocation incentives for eligible PSW Graduates.

Salary: $23.64 to $24.86 per hour
Mileage reimbursement: $0.62/km

Qualifications
  • Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (proof required)
  • Excellent communication skills in English; French proficiency required for Quebec positions or where service in French is needed
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
Additional Requirements

Successful candidates will need to provide:

  • Two supervisory references
  • Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
  • Proof of negative TB test

Depending on provincial regulations and the specific position, new hires may need to provide proof of vaccination against illnesses such as COVID-19, hepatitis, seasonal flu, etc. Please consult with the recruiter for specific requirements.
