Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support a brokerage client. The role partners with Account Executives to review policies, manage renewals, and assist with claims in Ontario.

Office locations include Mississauga, Newmarket or Ajax, with 5x weekly in-office presence. Successful candidate will hold an active RIBO license and bring 3+ years of Personal Lines experience plus strong customer service skills to ensure accurate policy administration and top-tier client

Qualifications

• Active RIBO license (Ontario)
• 3+ years Personal Lines Insurance experience
• 2+ years customer service experience
• Attention to detail to reduce E&O risk
• Familiar with Agency Manager customer service database
• Onsite 5x per week in GTA offices

Responsibilities

• Upselling, networking, and generating business through relationships and intakes
• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend coverage across personal lines (home, auto, tenants, etc.)
• Compare policies, rates, and terms from multiple insurers for best value and protection
• Explain policy conditions and coverage details clearly
• Manage policy administration tasks: applications, renewals, changes, documentation
• Advocate for clients during claims to ensure timely communication and fair resolution

Insight Global is looking to hire Personal Lines Account Managers to support one of our Insurance brokerage Clients. The Personal Lines Account Manager partners with Account Executives to provide efficient and supportive services to clients. This includes reviewing policy changes, reporting and managing claims, negotiating renewal terms to ensure policies meet all underwriting requirements.

This is a full-time position located in either the Mississauga, Newmarket or Ajax office 5x/week.

Required Skills & Experience

• Active RIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers or Ontario)
• 3+ years of Personal Lines Insurance experience
• 2+ years customer service experience
• Attention to detail to decrease the possibility of E&O (Errors and Omissions)
• Familiar with insurance brokerage customer service management database - Agency Manager
• Onsite 5x each week in one of the GTA offices

What you'll do:

• Compare policies, rates, and terms from multiple insurers to find the best value and protection for clients.

• Manage policy administration tasks, including applications, renewals, changes, and documentation.
• Advocate for clients during claims processes, ensuring timely communication and fair resolution.

Compensation:

$60,000-$65,000
