Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will guide targeting, budgeting, roadmap planning and client storytelling during calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, CPA, and pipeline metrics, and collaborate with US-based clients on live calls from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, building and optimizing campaigns.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics, with trackable results.
• Experience managing multiple clients within an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding decisions, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and articulate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
