Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budget decisions, and the narrative behind campaign performance on calls with clients.

With 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, you will drive ROAS and CPA improvements across multiple accounts, while managing campaigns for US, Canada, and other regions in a fully remote capacity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Lead 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.

• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
