You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, plus tracking and attribution. This fully remote role requires clear English with US clients on live calls and a track

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements in an agency setting.
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Plan budgets, bids, targeting, testing, and decide when to kill a campaign.
• Implement conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
