Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You guide strategy, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice in the room.

You will own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, lead testing and optimization, and build 90-day roadmaps and quarterly narratives for client calls. Remote role across Canada/SA/USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven record of ROAS, CPA or pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Oversee budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing and optimization.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager, platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client; explain results on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

As Performance Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
