Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will strategize, budget, and roadmap campaigns while driving the narrative on performance during client calls.

You will own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads with a focus on ROAS, CPA, and pipeline growth. Remote work is available for Canada, the USA, and South Africa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Proven track record moving ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing
• Set up and trust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and report on results
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships

As Performance Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
