AutoTrader.ca in Toronto (Etobicoke) is seeking a Performance Manager to drive the Instant Cash Offer program. You will onboard dealer partners, ensure program compliance, and provide data-driven insights to boost growth and engagement with dealers and internal teams.

Qualifications

Experience in the automotive industry and dealership operations.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong relationship-building in a virtual environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Onboard new dealer partners to the ICO program and ensure a smooth launch.
Monitor dealer compliance and provide guidance as needed.
Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of dealer partners.
Analyze program and dealer performance data to drive decisions.
Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to improve processes and adoption.
