Job summary

The Government Services Integration Cluster (GSIC) is seeking a PeopleSoft Senior Systems Analyst to support the WIN system, an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM ERP used by about 68,000 Ontario Public Service employees. This 9-month onsite contract in Toronto focuses on digitizing HR and payroll workflows and moving Classic+ pages to Fluid.

Responsibilities include leading analysis, advising on system development, and coordinating production support for WIN HCM.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM and strong IT requirements analysis.
• Experience with PUM upgrades and PeopleTools upgrades.
• Experience designing and implementing PeopleSoft solutions across the full SDLC.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HR modules (HR, Absence Management, Time & Labour, Payroll, Benefits).
• Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions and communicate with business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management and change management for enterprise HCM changes.

Responsibilities

• Work with project teams to develop business systems meeting organizational needs.
• Analyze HR programs and service delivery requirements.
• Provide consulting on PeopleSoft to meet business goals.
• Recommend system development options aligned with client needs.
• Provide technical guidance in complex analysis and design.
• Lead production support procedures development.
• Support WIN HCM production operations.
• Evaluate PeopleSoft IT options for new functionality.
• Present advantages and disadvantages of recommendations.
• Understand clients' business processes to advise IT solutions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and system documentation.
• Lead change initiatives for enterprise HCM system changes.
