Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership or parts department.
• Completion of related post-secondary program or training is an asset.
• CDK familiarity is considered an asset.
• General understanding of parts and service operations and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and source parts for technicians and customers.
• Provide price quotes for parts.
• Sell parts to customers or service work orders.
• Handle special-order parts requests and communicate status to customers.
• Arrange parts pickup for customers or technicians as needed.
• Restock shelves and manage parts bins for warranties.
