Job summary

Cardinal KIA in Niagara Falls, Ontario, is hiring a Junior Parts Advisor to join our brand-new Niagara Falls dealership. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, cross-training in parts and service, and clear paths to advanced positions within Cardinal KIA or Northern Roads Auto Group.

You will assist technicians, identify parts, deliver to technicians, and help maintain organized inventory while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn both parts and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and service advisors with parts requests.
• Learn to identify and order the correct parts using manufacturer and dealership systems.
• Deliver parts directly to technicians throughout the shop.
• Stage parts for scheduled appointments and upcoming repairs.
• Complete local parts deliveries and pickups when required.
• Receive, inspect, organize and stock incoming parts.
