Arc’teryx is offering a People Data Analyst Co-Op, based in North Vancouver with hybrid remote options. You will join the Global People Analytics team to transform people data into insights and practical intelligence for People & Culture partners.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a co-op eligible program in data science, statistics, business analytics, computer science, psychology, economics, HR, or related field.
• Curious about people, data, and the stories hidden in numbers and patterns.
• Comfortable applying statistics and data science to predict outcomes and inform decisions.
• Experience with statistics, Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or R for data exploration and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Apply statistical methods and data science techniques to explore workforce data and identify trends.
• Contribute to advanced analytics use cases, including predictive modeling and segmentation.
• Experiment with AI and automation tools to speed analytics discovery.
• Translate data findings into clear visuals and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Assist with research design, framing questions, testing hypotheses, and insights translation.
• Learn to work responsibly with workforce data, emphasizing privacy, fairness, quality, and trust.
