Job summary

Arc’teryx seeks a Warehouse Automation Processes Co-Op for New Westminster, BC. You will analyze and document warehousing processes, support data input and feedback, and help identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

You will gain hands‑on experience with SAP S4/EWM, Power BI, and Exacta tools while learning KPI development and change management in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in one of the following programs: Industrial, Mechanical, Process, or Textile Engineering, or Operations/Manufacturing Management.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of 6S and LEAN manufacturing methodologies.
• Energized by identifying root causes and developing solutions.
• Flexibility and adaptability when faced with ambiguity.
• Balance autonomy and collaboration to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout to improve processes.
• Problem solving and developing corrective action plans for non-conformances.
• Analyzing processes, operations sequence, and flow of operation.
• Collecting and analyzing data across multiple systems to drive continuous improvement.
• Providing data input, analysis and feedback on process improvements for Warehousing and Logistics.
• Creating and revising detailed process flow charts and SOPs for cross-functional alignment.
• Analyzing current system output and establishing KPI metrics.
• Communicating findings through data visualizations.
