ARC’TERYX is offering a People Data Analyst Co-Op position in North Vancouver, BC, with a hybrid in-office/remote arrangement. You will join the Global People Analytics team to transform people data into insights, stories, and practical intelligence for People & Culture partners.

You will work on exploratory analysis, data science opportunities, and insight storytelling using Power BI, SQL, Python, and Databricks to influence workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a co-op eligible program in data science, statistics, business analytics, computer science, psychology, economics, HR, or related field.
• Keen interest in people data and analytics.
• Ability to apply statistical methods and data science techniques to workforce data.

Responsibilities

• Apply statistical methods and data science techniques to explore workforce data and identify trends.
• Contribute to predictive modeling, segmentation, and hypothesis testing on workforce questions.
• Experiment with AI and automation tools to accelerate analytics discovery.
• Translate data findings into clear visuals and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support research design, framing questions, testing hypotheses, and developing insights.
• Learn to work with workforce data respecting privacy, fairness, and quality.
