As a Manager, Data Engineering at Arc'teryx, you'll lead a team responsible for our core data platform (including Databricks administration, ingestion frameworks, and QA frameworks) while ensuring technical excellence and delivery of data solutions. You'll guide your team's technical direction, develop engineering talent, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust, reliable data infrastructure. You'll balance hands‑on technical leadership with people management responsibilities, ensuring your team is well‑positioned to scale and support our data‑driven initiatives.
This position is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
The data platform team builds and maintains the data infrastructure (including our Databricks environment, ingestion frameworks, and QA frameworks) that powers analytics, reporting, and data‑driven decision making across Arc'teryx's digital platforms, retail operations, and business units. We work with cross-functional agile squads to develop reliable data pipelines, improve data quality, build self‑serve analytics tools for our business stakeholders, and ensure timely access to accurate data for our analysts and data scientists.
The salary range for this role is CAD$108,000 - CAD$142,000

This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay isdeterminedby your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
