Job summary

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or related environment.
• Diploma or degree in HR or related field; CPHR is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations matters including investigations, conflict resolution and performance management.
• Ensure compliant HR practices with thorough documentation.
• Provide coaching and leadership support to supervisors and managers.
• Partner with leadership to maintain a positive, high-performing work environment.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of hourly and salaried employees.
• Coordinate disability management, attendance and accommodation programs.
• Administer compensation programs and employee benefits.
• Contribute to HR strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
