Davidson & Company LLP in Vancouver is seeking a People & Culture Co-op Student to support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This 8-month term offers hands-on learning in onboarding, engagement, recruiting, and HR administration within a professional services environment.

You will assist with postings, screening, scheduling, and candidate communications while helping maintain records in BambooHR and supporting team projects and events.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (HR, Business, Psychology, or related field).
• Eligible for a co-op term.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate candidate communications and follow-ups.
• Support onboarding tasks and maintain employee records in BambooHR.
