Bird Construction is seeking a People & Culture Student for organizational development, based in Calgary. You will support employee engagement, culture initiatives, DE&I programs and talent management while working closely with the People & Culture team.

You will gain hands-on experience in communicating, coordinating programs, and content creation across multiple platforms. The role focuses on supporting culture initiatives, employee experience, and collaboration with cross-functional teams on

Formación

Currently enrolled in a post‑secondary program in HR, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Interest in employee experience, organizational culture, talent management, communications and DE&I.
Strong communication and content creation skills; able to write, design and present information clearly.

Responsabilidades

Support culture and employee engagement initiatives across the organization.
Assist with DE&I programs, employee resource groups, events and communications.
Support performance and talent management, resources, and manager/employee materials.
Coordinate programs, planning and delivery with People & Culture team.
Create and curate written, visual and digital content across platforms.
