Job summary

Indochino in Vancouver, BC is seeking an entry-level HR professional to learn and contribute across HR functions. You will support recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee relations while gaining exposure to a fast-paced, growth-oriented retail environment.

Ideal candidates hold a business-related degree, have 1+ years in HR or customer-facing roles, and are proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or HR-related field.
• 1+ years of experience in HR is an asset.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing environments is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume retail hiring (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication).
• Support onboarding processes for new hires across multiple locations.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation for Retail and HQ Staff.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate and onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (HRIS).
• Process and support with employee changes including promotions, transfers and terminations.
• Support payroll coordination and employee data updates.
• Maintain the HRIS and SharePoint, ensuring information is up to date.
