Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Manager, Program Management (People Analytics) to drive data-informed decisions using People data and analytics. You will translate complex needs into scalable data solutions and lead KPI development, dashboards, and reporting for operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with People, People Services, and Technology to ensure data quality, automate workflows, and deliver impactful insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Technology Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with HR datasets, metrics, reporting to support analytics and business decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience creating reports in SSRS and with SSIS.
• Advanced SQL and data warehousing knowledge (SQL Server, BigQuery).
• BI tool proficiency and experience with data visualization is a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics or program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of people analytics solutions and dashboards.
• Translate business needs into data requirements and delivery plans.
• Establish KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor processes.
• Partner across People, People Services and Tech to improve data quality and automate processes.
• Coordinate data projects from intake to delivery, including testing and rollout.
• Support forecasting, analytics, and capacity planning as needed.
