Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, or strategy within a large retail or consumer organization.
• Strong analytical skills and structured strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication skills – written and spoken.
• Proficient in data analysis and presentation building.
• Results-driven, proactive and scrappy, independent thinker, comfortable with ambiguity, innovative and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex, ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses and plans.
• Develop and own comprehensive business cases and financial models utilizing an AI-first approach.
• Strategically lead project streams, own analysis, insights and recommendations.
• Manage stakeholder communications and become a trusted advisor.
• Deliver project insights and present recommendations to senior executives.
• Use market research and analytics to inform opportunities and risks.
