• Develops, communicates, and implements HR practices and action plans by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; analyzes data to ensure accuracy; monitors progress and results; identifies improvement opportunities.
• Supports and advocates for associates by modeling Walmart core values; promotes excellence and respect in daily routines, store meetings, and communications.
• Leads adoption of technology services and digital solutions by utilizing resources and tools; trains associates in new ways of working.
