Job summary

General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada seeks an HR Data, Analytics & Digital Transformation Lead to modernize HR through people analytics, workforce insights, and digital innovation. You will move HR from reporting to proactive insight generation, improving decision-making and workforce planning.

You will design dynamic dashboards, enable self-service reporting, automate processes, and help deploy AI-enabled HR solutions while strengthening data governance and enterprise data management.
