What you’ll do…

The Manager, Program Management (People Analytics) leads the development and execution of approaches to manage and optimize business operations within the People Analytics domain. This involves utilizing advanced analytical tools and techniques to collect, organize, validate, and interpret data, identifying trends and anomalies to uncover opportunities for improvement. The role partners with business owners to translate complex People and business needs into data and analytics requirements, solution designs, and actionable delivery plans, and conducts ad-hoc analysis and deep dives to address immediate concerns or support strategic initiatives.

The Manager provides insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies, optimize workflows, and enhance business outcomes. The role also partners across People, People Services and Technology to support the quality and reliability of People data used for analytics and reporting, address data-quality and data-flow issues, and reduce manual processes through automation and standardized solutions.

The Manager leads assigned People Analytics and data-solution requests through the intake-to-delivery lifecycle, assessing requirements, priorities, dependencies, and implementation considerations and coordinating solution design, testing, and delivery across business and technology partners. The role may also support forecasting and predictive analytics to anticipate potential challenges or opportunities, assess capacity requirements, and analyze resource allocation. It fosters strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supports integration of technology requirements and enhancements, identifies test-and-learn opportunities, manages vendor relationships as applicable, and stays abreast of emerging data, analytics, AI, automation, and industry capabilities.
