Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with HR datasets and reporting to support analytics and business decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with SSRS and SSIS in reporting and data integration.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL Server; familiarity with Google BigQuery.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience applying AI, automation, and digital tools to data solutions.
• Experience translating business requirements into data/analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of data quality, data integration, ETL, and automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of People Analytics programs and dashboards.
• Translate business needs into analytics requirements and delivery plans.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and automation.
• Ensure data quality and reliability across People data and analytics.
• Oversee intake-to-delivery for analytics requests and coordinate with tech partners.
