Job summary

Fed Finance is seeking a Payroll Technician for a public-sector organization in Laval. You will handle general payroll processing, validations, and prepare data analyses on vacation time, retroactive adjustments, and terminations, and generate payroll reports.

You will monitor deductions and pension plans, support year-end operations, respond to employee inquiries, and contribute to process improvements. A DEC in administration/ accounting is required, with strong Excel skills and

Qualifications

• DEGREE or Diploma: DEC in administration, accounting, management, or related field.
• Experience with payroll processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage large data volumes and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
