Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Lead Implementation Specialist, Payroll to design, configure, test and deliver HCM solutions for diverse clients. You will partner with clients to understand their needs and guide them to the best payroll configurations.

This role requires 3-5 years of payroll experience, WFN knowledge, and strong English and French communication. You will mentor teammates and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of payroll experience or related field.
• ADP WorkForce Now (WFN) knowledge is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English & French.
• Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor others and be a strong team player.]
• A post-secondary education or related business experience.
• PCP certification & fundamental NPI courses are required.

Responsibilities

• Payroll implementation: set up and configure the WFN methodology for clients.
• Provide technical support and guidance on payroll configuration, analysis, and testing.
• Design and deliver training on WFN implementation and payroll configurations.
• Manage multiple projects, ensure timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify issues and escalate to leadership; develop contingency plans.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure effective project delivery.
• Participate in quality assurance for payroll implementation projects.
• Mentor less experienced team members in their technical development.
