PwC Canada is seeking a Workforce Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end HR and Payroll transformation initiatives, aligning with client strategy and delivering sustained outcomes.

You will partner with PwC professionals on high-profile engagements, drive organizational design, and steer talent intelligence and skills-based initiatives while ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering HR and Payroll transformation services in multiple industries.
• Proven expertise in talent intelligence, skills-based architecture and labour data analysis.
• Experience with Payroll process design, payroll technology implementation and payroll operating model design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PwC professionals on high-profile client engagements.
• Lead HR engagements spanning HR Strategy, Payroll Transformation, Organization Design and Function Effectiveness.
• Drive skills-based organization initiatives including job architecture and talent intelligence.
• Oversee creation of payroll technology roadmaps and implementation practices.
• Develop innovative HR and Payroll solutions leveraging AI technologies.
• Manage engagement economics and ensure delivery excellence.
• Lead business development activities to identify opportunities with clients.
