Qualifications

  • Minimum of a post-secondary degree or diploma (3 years) in technology, HR, business or finance.
  • NPI certified PCP (Payroll Compliance Professional) required.
  • Minimum 3 years experience processing payroll for a large organization (6,000+ employees).
  • Experience with Workday and UKG Dimensions preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with HR/Finance applications, Infor Infinium asset.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and adhere to legislation, collective agreements and hospital policies pertaining to payroll.
  • Provide and act as a functional analyst for payroll applications.
  • Review, analyze, and improve payroll operations and related tools.
