Job summary

Paladin Airport Security Services Ltd. (PASS) seeks a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to join our Vancouver office.

You will process full-cycle biweekly payroll for all PASS employees, prepare final pay, and manage ROEs on the Service Canada website, while maintaining employee files (bank information, vacation accrual, etc.). This position will be fully office-based at Vancouver International Airport (YVR), with a focus on accurate entitlements and compliance within a unionized context and CRA

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience in a unionized environment, interpreting and applying principles of collective agreements.
• Knowledge of payroll practices and CRA legislation.
• Strong computer proficiency in payroll software and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to effectively work in a team environment and independently.
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle biweekly payroll for all PASS employees.
• Prepare final pay and processing ROEs on the Service Canada website.
• Maintain employee files (bank information, vacation accrual, etc.).
• Ensure overtime, training, sick leave, vacation, and other entitlements are processed accurately and efficiently.
