Job summary

The Link: Youth and Family Supports in Winnipeg is seeking a Community Investment Coordinator to support payroll, benefits and administrative functions within a nonprofit setting.

You will perform full payroll cycles, maintain employee records, assist with audits and reporting, manage benefits, and support the Administration and Payroll Manager to ensure accurate, timely processing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Understanding of accounting and payroll principles.
• Computer experience in accounting software (Sage 300) and Payworks.
• Knowledge of legislative rules and regulations governing payroll.
• High level accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process salaried and hourly payroll for staff and run full payroll cycles.
• Administer group benefits and pension plans, enroll/terminate employees.
• Support Administration with front desk duties and office processes.
• Prepare for and participate in internal and external payroll audits.
