The Link: Youth and Family Supports in Winnipeg, MB seeks a full-time Controller to manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for a not-for-profit organization.
You will lead a finance team, coordinate with the CFO, Board Finance Committee, and program managers to ensure strong internal controls, budgeting accuracy, and timely reporting to funders.

Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for this not for profit organization.

Position status: Full-Time permanent 40 hours/week, 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, with some overtime during peak financial reporting periods
