Jobber seeks a Payments GTM Operations and Strategy Lead to shape the commercial side of its payments business within a fast-growing SaaS fintech area. You will align Marketing, Sales, Support, Risk, and Analytics to drive adoption and revenue for Get Paid products.

You will define opportunities, run experiments, and size initiatives using data, with a focus on customer journey optimization and measurable growth in a Canadian context.

Formación

• Operating experience identifying opportunities, mobilizing teams, driving measurable results.
• Strategy experience as a partner to senior leaders, data-driven recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Own Payments GTM Operations as a new function within Jobber.
• Coordinate Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Support, Risk, Operations, Analytics, Product to create a growth engine.
• Map end-to-end payments journey and optimize motions across teams.
• Design experiments and incentives to drive payments adoption and usage.
• Define key payments GTM metrics and hold teams accountable.
• Build relationships across GTM, Product, RevOps, and Analytics.
