Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of patrol and enforcement staff
  • Develop and manage employee schedules for optimal coverage

  • Oversee customer complaint resolution and service recovery
  • Coordinate activities with external collections agencies
  • Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics
  • Manage fleet operations and vehicle maintenance requirements
  • Administer and monitor the work order management system
  • Ensure locations meet operational, safety, and contractual standards
  • Oversee maintenance across locations to keep facilities and equipment safe and functional
  • Coordinate maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality work
  • Conduct regular site and equipment inspections and prioritize repairs

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our parking operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll lead a team of enforcement professionals, coordinate daily field activities, and help maintain the high service standards our clients and customers rely on. Your work will have a direct impact on operational performance, customer satisfaction, and contractual compliance across our portfolio.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support a team of patrol and enforcement staff
  • Develop and manage employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage
  • Optimize patrol routes and enforcement activities
  • Oversee customer complaint resolution and service recovery
  • Coordinate activities with external collections agencies
  • Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics
  • Manage fleet operations and vehicle maintenance requirements
  • Administer and monitor the work order management system
  • Ensure locations meet operational, safety, and contractual standards
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities across assigned locations to ensure facilities and equipment remain safe, functional, and well-maintained
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to established standards
  • Conduct regular site and equipment inspections, identify maintenance needs, and prioritize repairs based on operational and safety requirements
  • Manage maintenance schedules, service requests, and repair follow-ups, while monitoring costs, supplies, and overall maintenance performance
  • Build and manage contractor and vendor relationships to expand service capabilities and ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance services
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and generate new revenue streams by addressing evolving client needs and expanding maintenance solutions
