Job summary

Indigo Park Canada is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to maintain parking facilities across Ottawa. You will report to the Operations Manager, ensuring locations are clean, safe, and fully functional for customers.

The role supports independent work and team collaboration within a safety-conscious environment, with opportunities for career growth and growth within a trusted organization focused on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience using basic hand tools and equipment such as jigsaws, screwdrivers, trimmers, etc.
• Must have a high degree of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as a team member with minimal supervision.
• Valid provincial Ontario driver’s licence and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular walkthroughs and inspections of the property.
• Keep common areas, entrances, walkways, and surrounding grounds clean, safe, and presentable.
• Identify and report damaged equipment, safety hazards, cleanliness concerns, or other deficiencies.
• Replace basic supplies and keep storage and work areas organized.
• Place signage, barriers, or safety cones when required.
• Monitor equipment and facilities for visible signs of damage or malfunction.
• Submit maintenance requests and follow up with management, contractors, or service providers.
• Maintain accurate inspection and incident records.
• Assist customers, visitors, and employees with general site-related questions.
• Support seasonal upkeep activities, such as monitoring snow and ice conditions.
• Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
